Refund Policy

Cancellation of Subscription. A Subscriber may cancel their Subscription Services Agreement at any time if the issue is not resolved to their satisfaction. A written request for termination of services must be faxed or mailed to info@geeksupportllc.com. The Subscriber will be liable for payment of all services rendered during the subscription period. The Subscriber’s annual subscription fee will not be refunded if the subscription is 7 days old.
